Suncrest Hospice, a national leader in hospice care, announced today that its Dallas office is now serving families across Arlington, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, and surrounding areas. The new location brings high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care to North Texas communities.

Expanding Care Across North Texas

The Dallas office marks Suncrest’s third location in Texas, joining established teams in Austin and San Antonio. This expansion extends the company’s reach to 53 locations across 25 states, strengthening its commitment to providing accessible hospice services nationwide.

“The opening of our Dallas office represents an important step in expanding access to compassionate, high-quality hospice care for families across the region,” said Angela Hammons, Executive Director and Administrator of the Dallas office. “Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional clinical care alongside the emotional and spiritual support that brings comfort and peace during life’s most meaningful moments. We are honored to serve the Dallas/Fort Worth community and look forward to building lasting relationships with the families and partners we support.”

Comprehensive Hospice Services

The Dallas office provides complete hospice care services designed to maximize patient comfort and quality of life. Services include skilled nursing care, medication management, medical equipment and supplies, counseling, spiritual support, and bereavement services for families.

The office currently accepts Medicare and is building partnerships with local healthcare facilities. Suncrest has established contracts for general inpatient care with several area facilities, including Coral Health and Rehab, Arbrook, Meadowbrook, and Village Creek.

Dedicated Team of Professionals

The Dallas office team includes a Director of Clinical Services, Executive Director, Home Health Aide, Chaplain, and Social Worker. Suncrest plans to expand the team over the next 12 months to meet growing community needs.

Staff members actively visit healthcare facilities throughout the service area to build relationships with providers and connect with families who could benefit from hospice support.

Flexible Service Area

While based in Arlington, the Dallas office serves patients across a broad geographic area. The team responds to referrals throughout Tarrant County and neighboring communities, with plans to expand coverage as demand grows in specific areas.
