Paris Baguette’s 346th North American café opened on November 3rd, introducing its first drive-thru format, a milestone in the brand’s growth and innovation, bringing freshly baked pastries and the signature bakery café experience to guests on the go.
Moore, OK (RestaurantNews.com) Paris Baguette, the global bakery café with more than 340 North American locations and 600 more in development, opened their first-ever drive-thru location in Moore, Oklahoma. The café, located at 2120 Riverwalk Drive, opened Nov.3, bringing the same warmth and quality guests experience in-café to the car window with a new, convenient format. The opening marks the second location in Oklahoma and the 62nd café to open this year.
The new location is owned by longtime entrepreneur and multi-brand restaurant franchisees Mike Issa and Moe Touffaha, who first discovered Paris Baguette while visiting cafés in New York. Already experienced franchise operators through their IHOP portfolio, the partners saw an opportunity to bring something different to the markets they knew best.
That decision led Issa and Touffaha to open their first Paris Baguette in Kansas bringing the brand to Wichita, opening their first café in 2022. The partners have continued expanding their Paris Baguette portfolio, including additional cafés in Kansas, Albuquerque, New Mexico and now Oklahoma, while also developing future locations in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and opening a 2nd New Mexico cafe; both expected to open in 2027.
